Muscle cramps/restless legs
By dh_adminuser_3213 | November 29, 2011
Patients that suffer from cramping, particularly of the lower legs at night time. Tell me that my massages have drastically reduced these attacks. I am no expert in the cause of muscle cramp,(can be a side affect of medication) but people who suffer generally have tight calf’s. I can feel the damage to the muscle from bad cramping which I repair, and it doesn’t take me long to locate the areas in the muscle where the cramping starts. By improving the pathways (blood flow and water base) to the lower leg I achieve results. People who suffer from restless legs also benefit form massage but I also recommend going for a walk after dinner/before going to bed.
