I had an on going issue with lower back/ hip pains of muscular origin. I cycle, I horse ride. That muscular problem responded really well to dry needling. It took a few sessions but the pain eventually went. Every so often if I feel it niggling again one session is enough to amend it. So for muscular problems most particularly I would recommend Dene.
